Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, however, we still encourage you to reach out to us if you have a problem with your product.
To initiate a refund, reach out to us via our contact page with your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your order is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reply to the email we sent you with the refund details.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return address for shipping your order will be provided in the email with the refund details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
